Lotomobil Gaming Policy

This agreement defines the terms and conditions governing your participation in Lotomobil games. You must be 18 years or older and be physically located in Haiti to use Lotomobil services.

1 Gaming Policy

By visiting this website, registering, and/or using the Lotomobil App and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

All procedures, rules, and policies referenced in this document collectively constitute the “Terms.”

By accessing or using the Lotomobil Services, you agree to comply with these conditions, whether you are a member or not. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly, as we may modify them at any time for various reasons.

We may also impose limits on certain features, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, and without liability.

2 Requirements to Register with Lotomobil

  1. You acknowledge that you are opening your own account and acting on your own behalf. You must register only one unique account.
  2. You are fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
  3. You agree not to use Lotomobil services outside of Haiti.

3 Account Security

  1. Lotomobil protects your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. However, you are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account.
  2. You agree to keep your PIN, password, and any verification codes strictly confidential.
  3. You are responsible for any misuse of your credentials.
  4. Contact us as soon as possible if you lose or forget your confidential information. Notify us immediately if you believe a third party is using your information improperly so that we can suspend your account.
  5. Lotomobil may refuse your registration or suspend/terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. We will attempt to provide notice when possible.

4 Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you:

  • engage in illegal or fraudulent activities through our Services;
  • violate any clause of these Terms;
  • gain an unfair advantage or act dishonestly (exploiting a loophole, software error, collusion, etc.).

If you have a question related to your account, it is your responsibility to contact Lotomobil promptly and provide all necessary information.

5 Account Closure

Please contact Customer Support if you wish to close your account.

6 Hacking, Violations, and System Failures

  1. You agree not to interrupt, corrupt, or exploit the Services, whether intentionally or negligently.
  2. We reserve the right to take legal action for any loss caused by your violation. We may also share your information with authorities in the case of criminal or suspected criminal activity.
  3. We may restrict your access, suspend, or terminate your account without notice if:
    • a technological failure occurs;
    • we believe you have violated the Terms;
    • you attempt to manipulate the software code or participate in collusion;
    • you tamper with or attempt to tamper with the software in any way.
